As an AI Engineering Consultant at Avanade, you will leverage extensive knowledge of Azure AI services to enhance client business processes. You will be responsible for implementing solutions that incorporate Azure AI services, ensuring the alignment of these technologies with business goals. Your role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with client environments.
Skills and experiences

Your technical and non-technical skills include:

• Proficiency in Azure AI Services including Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Services.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structure designs.
• Skill in programming with Python, R, or .NET.
• Experience in using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake for data integration and architecture solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for implementing AI insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.

About you

• You are experienced in supporting client relationship and sales outcomes.
• Able to work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.

• Able to support more junior colleagues on work efforts, with routine supervision of those efforts. May serve as Career Advisor.You are able to apply advanced knowledge of learned occupation/discipline and basic knowledge of business operations.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

You likely possess a BSc in a quantitative field such as computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice.

• Implement Azure AI services according to the client’s business and technical requirements.
• Engage with clients to translate business requirements into robust and scalable AI solutions.
• Design and deploy machine learning workflows and ensure seamless integration with Azure data services.
• Develop APIs for AI models to be consumed in client applications.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance and updates to AI implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate on current methodologies and enhance productivity.
• Prepare technical documentation and system architecture diagrams to support development and deployment strategies.
• Travel as required
