Welcome to Bosch. This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Job Description Design, and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning to improve production efficiency. Implement, fine-tune, and maintain Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI models, and other deep learning architectures. Explore and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance solution effectiveness. Integrate AI models into production systems & Optimize model performance. Troubleshoot issues related to data, models, or system integration. Provide technical support to internal teams using AI tools or solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field. Advanced writing and communicate in English. Experience with generative AI tools, 2–5 years of experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Hands-on experience in building, training, and evaluating AI models. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas.
