Description

Responsibilities Develop AI Features: Build and lead the creation of AI tools that turn data into clear, actionable insights. Build Infrastructure: Design and maintain core AI systems, including search functionality and retrieval algorithms. Optimize LLMs: Implement Large Language Model (LLM) integrations and improve their performance. End-to-End Delivery: Work across the technical stack to ensure AI features improve how users share and access knowledge. Requirements AI & LLM Expertise: Strong experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, and various prompting techniques. Backend Engineering: A proven track record in backend development and the practical implementation of AI. Testing & Evaluation: Ability to solve problems using rigorous experimentation and data-driven evaluation. NLP & Recommendations: Experience building recommendation systems or working with Natural Language Processing (NLP). Model Knowledge: A deep understanding of the current capabilities and technical limitations of AI models.

Responsibilities

The AI Engineer will develop AI features and build infrastructure to create AI tools that provide actionable insights from data. They will also optimize large language models and ensure the end-to-end delivery of AI features to enhance user knowledge sharing.
