Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and develop AI applications for freight forwarding and logistics.
2. Build AI chatbots to support customers and internal employees.
3. Develop AI solutions for shipment tracking and shipment status updates.
4. Automate document processing for Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Customs documents.
5. Develop AI-powered quotation and pricing assistants.
6. Create predictive models for shipment delays, transit times, and demand forecasting.
7. Integrate AI solutions with ERP, Transport Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CRM, and freight management platforms.
8. Develop AI tools for email automation and customer communication.
9. Build dashboards and reporting solutions using AI-generated insights.
10. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
11. Monitor AI performance and continuously improve models.
12. Train employees on AI tools and promote AI adoption across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development.
3. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation is preferred.
