Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll work closely with CS leadership, consultants, and founders to design new processes, build advanced automations, and engineer client-facing solutions that directly impact member success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (70% CUSTOMER SUCCESS / 30% PRODUCT R&D):



    • Design & Develop Automations: Build and maintain advanced workflows in n8n, Go High Level, Zapier, and other platforms to streamline internal operations and client delivery.

    • Engineer Client-Facing Solutions: Work from consultant feedback to create automations, AI agents, and landing page systems that help members achieve faster results.
    • Optimize Delivery Processes: Partner with CS leadership to refine onboarding, OB processes, and deliverables to boost retention and satisfaction.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of new tools and processes.
    • R&D for AI Solutions: Explore, test, and deploy new AI tools, integrations, and processes that can improve service quality and client outcomes.
    • Data Capture & Reporting: Implement systems to track performance metrics, client engagement, and automation efficiency.
