Then minimum 3 days per week) OMFATTNING 100% UPPDRAGSBESKRIVNING Join our dynamic team as an applied AI developer, specializing in engineering process improvement and AI/ML implementation, where you’ll play a key role in making our processes more efficient and improving our data quality from concept to retirement. You will work on your own or in small groups in projects with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement innovative AI/ ML solutions that boost efficiency and product quality. What You'll Do: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements (Engineering needs) for initiatives. • Map and understand engineering processes and prepare AI pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy. • Provide or support the implementation, continuous improvement, and provide end-user education for AI/ ML systems and tools. KOMPETENSKRAV The ideal candidate will be comfortable in programming simpler AI/ ML implementations in an industrial environment. Experience of integrating LLMs and classification models into engineering development processes. • Computer science or Engineering degree. • 2 years applied AI pipeline implementation • Ability to translate engineering needs into technical requirements and rapid IT solutions. • Hands-on experience with industry standard Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach in Swedish and English. • Aptitude for training and supporting end users.
