Description
Design, develop, and optimize prompts and AI workflows for Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable intelligent automation across insurance processes such as underwriting, claims processing, and loss run extraction. Leverage strong foundations in Machine Learning and Deep Learning along with advanced GenAI and Agentic AI techniques to build scalable, reliable, and high-accuracy AI-driven systems for complex decision-making workflows. Must Have Skills: 1. Prompt Engineering 2. Machine Learning & Deep Learning Fundamentals 3. GenAI & LLM Application Development 4. NLP or other similar text analytics frameworks Good to Have Skills: 1. Insurance Domain Knowledge (P&C / Reinsurance) 2. Agentic AI Frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) 3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) 4. Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).   As a Data Scientist in the insurance domain, you will combine core ML/DL knowledge with cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI techniques to design intelligent systems for underwriting, claims, and document processing workflows. You will work on building AI solutions capable of understanding complex insurance documents (e.g., loss runs, policies, claims reports) and producing structured, explainable outputs. You will collaborate closely with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
