• You are the first point of contact for your customers and lead the project team to success in an international environment.
• You introduce AI topics into customer projects and support our sales teams with your solution expertise.
• You are actively involved in advising and designing innovative AI solutions for our clients. You also create architectures and design solutions for integrating the latest AI technologies.
• Deepen your knowledge or explore new innovative technologies together with our AI experts and show us what you are passionate about.
• In addition, you will design workshops to demonstrate the possibilities of a modern AI-supported systems environment.

What do we expect from you?

• Personal background: You have a degree in (business) informatics, engineering, or natural sciences, or a comparable (IT) qualification. Several years of experience in consulting and software development underscore your competence. You already have experience leading project teams in an international environment.
• Tech Skills: You are familiar with current AI tools, frameworks, and concepts. Staying up-to-date is second nature to you, and you create your own proofs of concept to practically verify the use of the latest technologies. Conversational AI, local AI, and explainable AI are not foreign concepts to you. Current automation suites (e.g., n8n) offer you a simple way to quickly demonstrate added value.
• Passion: You are passionate about high-quality software development and have high quality standards for it.
• Enjoyment of experimentation: Your curiosity and enthusiasm for current trends and topics enable you to convince colleagues and customers of your ideas.
• AI know-how: You work productively with coding agents, consciously delegate tasks and ensure reliable results – with test signals in the process, a critical comparison with the specification and a step-by-step controlled expansion of autonomy.
• On the road: You are ready to travel and flexible to advise our customers on-site throughout Germany.
