Make an Impact by: Designing, building, deploying, and operate AI-powered automations and agentic workflows for the Roaming Excellence team's highest-pain workflows — CPO onboarding, quality management, dispute handling and others as priorities evolve. You use Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and MCP integrations as primary tooling. You integrate into the existing Azure platform (AKS, event-driven architecture, API-first) Sitting close enough to the Roaming Excellence team's work to identify which problems are AI-solvable and which are not. You translate business pain into clear AI use cases with defined objectives, expected value, and measurable success criteria. You push back on use cases where AI is not the right answer a deterministic script, a process change, or a different tool may be better. The judgment to not build something is as important as the judgment to build it You instrument every AI solution you ship: evaluations for output quality, observability for runtime behaviour, cost tracking, and explicit human-oversight mechanisms where the stakes warrant. You document risks and guardrails in line with DCS's responsible-AI expectations. This is what distinguishes a shipped automation from a prototype. The dotted line to AITT is real, not decorative. Roughly 30% of your output is reusable artifacts —patterns, prompts, eval frameworks, reference implementations, MCP integrations — that you contribute to AITT for broader DCS reuse. Roaming Excellence is your home and your delivery target; AITT is where your patterns scale. Team Enablement (Roaming Excellence + adjacent Supplier Integration): You run enablement inside your home team and for adjacent colleagues in Supplier Integration, workshops, demos, pairing sessions, prompt libraries, office hours. DCS-wide evangelism is AITT's job, not yours; you contribute upward, you don't run the company-wide Programme You work with engineers and TPOs in other domains when their work touches yours, and with Architecture on platform integration concerns.
