Description
Be Part of a Mission-Driven Team At Foundry for Good, we don’t just build businesses—we build businesses that do good. Across our family of brands, we support nonprofits, trade associations, and mission-driven organizations with innovative software, impactful marketing strategies, and tools that empower positive change. Here’s why you’ll love working with us: Stability & Growth: We’re 100% self-funded, with no outside investors or debt, meaning long-term stability and thoughtful growth. People-First Culture: Our 95%+ employee retention rate reflects our commitment to competitive pay, respect, and career development. Global Collaboration: Work with talented team members in the US and the Philippines who share your drive for excellence and impact. Mission-Focused Work: Every role here supports organizations making the world a better place. If you’re ready to grow your career while making a difference, we’d love to hear from you! Watch Our "Meet the Team" Video Foundry for Good is building its in-house AI engineering team in the Philippines, and this is the founding cohort. We run a portfolio of profitable, US-based, mission-driven companies, including Nexus Marketing and Double the Donation, serving nonprofits, education, healthcare, and associations. We're going AI-native across all of them, and we're hiring senior engineers to lead that work. This is a fellowship, not an internship. We're hiring experienced people who already lead AI or engineering teams and don't want to leave a job they like to do frontier work. You join a small founding cohort part-time, build real production systems from week one, and the standouts finish with full-time leadership offers. The structure 10–15 hours per week, over 12 weeks. Built to fit around a full-time job. Starts in early July 2026. We review applications on a rolling basis and move quickly. Remote, anywhere in the Philippines. Mostly on your own schedule, with some overlap with our US team. A small, selective founding cohort across the Foundry for Good portfolio. A direct path to full-time AI leadership roles for standouts. What you'll do Build internal AI agents and automation used in production across our brands. Turn manual, repetitive workflows into reliable agents, and own their quality, cost, and reliability. Coach non-technical teams to work AI-native so the leverage compounds. Help set the standards, stack, and practices the full-time AI team will run on. Who you are You build with LLMs and agents in production today, not in demos. You've shipped and owned real systems, including their reliability, cost, and quality. You currently lead or mentor engineers somewhere strong. You want frontier work and real ownership without quitting your job to get it. Nice to have Experience standing up AI tooling or an AI function inside a company. A track record of leveling up non-technical teams on new tooling. A strong academic record from a top university. Work in or alongside mission-driven sectors (nonprofit, education, healthcare, associations). How the process works Short application, fast turnaround. A conversation with the founders and a real-world build discussion, not a take-home gauntlet. We're hiring a small group and moving quickly, so apply soon if the start date works for you. If this would be your first AI project, this isn't the right round.
Responsibilities
Build and own production-ready internal AI agents and automation to replace manual workflows across various brands. Establish the technical standards and stack for the full-time AI team while coaching non-technical staff on AI-native workflows.
