Description:

AI Engineer - Leveraging Technologies for Automation Overview: Our organization is seeking a skilled AI Engineer dedicated to leveraging advanced automation technologies within the dynamic landscape of Copilot and Roost platforms. This role plays a pivotal part in our commitment to push the boundaries of industry innovation through cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with IT and security teams to ensure our systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in AI development and implementation, with a strong focus on automation
  • Proficiency in programming languages and platforms relevant to AI and machine learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving technological advancements in a forward-thinking environment.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize AI models designed for automation tools that enhance our platforms’ capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of AI solutions.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI technology to adapt and improve automation strategies continually
  • Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365-related issues, utilizing diagnostic tools to resolve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the Microsoft 365 environment aligns with the overall IT strategy and security posture.
