GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for: AI Engineer for the Digital Transformation Office Responsibilities Understand and document business needs Design and develop architectures for agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks, MLs, APIs GENAI, and other automation tools to address business needs. Engineer relevant features to improve AI solution accuracy and performance – development Use multi-agent collaboration frameworks for complex business workflows Integrate AI agents to enterprise systems, APIs, and external apps using AI orchestration tools Deploy solutions to production environments allowing for real-time or batch inference on new data. Communication of the solutions to stakeholders (customers) Owner of technical discussions on architecture, scalability, and performance optimization with IT stakeholders Ensure proper documentation and DevOps Research, learn and recommend new technologies relevant to your field Requirements Proven experience – min 2 years- with track record -min 2 projects- in designing and developing GENAI solutions in corporate environments and at least another 3 years in development projects. Knowledge of AI stack (multimodal) – Google Cloud Platform tools is a plus – Certifications are a plus Python expertise Experience in integrating Generative AI models into enterprise applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, and low code platforms Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Ability to lead – proven experience is a plus Competencies Creativity Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage various projects Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and able to take initiative

Responsibilities

The AI Engineer will be responsible for understanding business needs and designing/developing architectures for agentic AI systems using LLMs, MLs, and automation tools. Key duties include engineering features, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, deploying solutions to production, and communicating technical solutions to stakeholders.
