Description

1) Discover and Select the Best AI Tools

Constantly scan the market for the latest AI advancements that can improve software development, QA, product management, and sales enablement.
Evaluate, pilot, and recommend the most effective tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cody, Perplexity, Jasper, etc.) for norbloc’s needs.
Maintain an evolving “AI Toolkit” for the company and measure the ROI of each adoption.

2) Drive AI Adoption Across Teams

Lead AI onboarding and training programs for technical and business teams.
Work with the Head of Engineering and Lead Architect to integrate AI into the development lifecycle — from coding to testing to documentation.
Track usage and impact metrics to ensure tools deliver measurable productivity gains.

3) Build AI into Our Products

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities to embed AI into norbloc’s platforms (e.g., automated document extraction, intelligent workflows, anomaly detection).
Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance commercial processes with AI-driven insights and automation.
Engage our clients to assess what are the prime areas for AI application
