Real-World AI Experience:

• Previous internship or project experience applying GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to solve business problems
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and intelligent search capabilities
• Understanding of production ML challenges: data quality, model monitoring, and scalable deploymen

THE ROLE:

Join our engineering team as we build intelligent systems that power deal-winning strategies for ambitious companies.
You’ll be working on challenging problems in sales intelligence: predicting deal outcomes, automatically surfacing actions that move deals forward, and turning sales data into strategic insights that drive revenue.
In our fast-paced environment, you’ll take ownership of meaningful AI projects from day one, work closely with our founding team, and see your code impact real businesses within weeks.

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE:

Technical Excellence:

• Recent MSc/MEng in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field with strong academic performance
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with LLMs and their APIs
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems from data processing to production deployment

Additional:

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, transformers, and modern ML frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices

Real-World AI Experience:

• Previous internship or project experience applying GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to solve business problems

• Understanding of production ML challenges: data quality, model monitoring, and scalable deployment

Sales & Business Acumen:

• Genuine interest in understanding sales processes and revenue optimisation (we’ll teach you the rest!)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
• Experience conducting user research or working directly with end-users of AI systems
