Your new position as AI Engineer

From our office in Den Bosch, as an AI Engineer you work on the practical and scalable application of AI for our customers. You not only build smart solutions, you also really help organizations move forward. This means: thinking along with the customer, asking the right questions, identifying opportunities and translating AI into concrete business value.

You work on innovative AI solutions with proven impact. Consider supporting decision-making with machine learning (human-in-the-loop), automating business processes, and developing generative AI solutions with LLMs and agents. You seamlessly integrate language, image and multimodal models into existing business processes and IT landscapes.

You will also build smart chatbots, co-pilots and agent-based systems that support users and accelerate processes. You know how to get the most out of LLMs with prompt engineering and how to link generative AI to internal and external knowledge sources with techniques such as RAG, vector search and tool calling.

You switch effortlessly between technology and application. Together with data engineers, data scientists and cloud specialists, you work on solutions that do not disappear into a drawer, but actually run in production. You help design robust AI architectures and think about system and solution design: from problem definition to first sketch and final implementation.

You work with the AI ​​offerings of major public cloud providers (such as Azure, AWS or GCP) and use modern frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, dSPy, PydanticAI, n8n and MCP. Platforms such as Databricks are an advantage, not a must.

What sets us apart: we are looking for hyperdevelopers. Engineers who use LLMs and agents every day to work smarter and faster, and who actively share their knowledge with colleagues and customers.

What do we ask of you:

• Demonstrable experience in developing, implementing and making AI solutions ready for production
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent-based applications
• Experience with the AI ​​offerings of major public cloud providers
• You have helped build AI solutions such as chatbots, co-pilots, classifiers, recommender systems or similar applications (surprise us!)
• You integrate AI functionality through APIs, SDKs, and modern AI architecture patterns
