We are looking for AI Engineers who utilize modern technologies, remain curious and actively contribute to the future of AI – thus playing a crucial role in shaping our technological development.

You will develop AI agents that support our consultants daily and build an agent ecosystem that sustainably accelerates consulting and implementation.

Crucially, you will have a willingness to try new things, learn new skills, and further develop modern AI technologies.

• You develop productive AI solutions with a focus on LLMs, machine learning and GenAI – from idea to deployment.
• You will perform LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and the construction of AI agent architectures.
• You develop AI architectures for cloud environments (e.g., Azure).
• You analyze data, train and evaluate machine learning models to solve specific use cases.
• You create prototypes that are transformed into stable, scalable solutions in collaboration with software, cloud, and DevOps teams.
• You observe the AI ​​market, evaluate new tools, and derive meaningful application scenarios.
• You integrate AI directly into business processes and products and work on real-world use cases with tangible impact – from automation to knowledge management.

What makes you stand out

We are looking for AI Engineers with a genuine motivation to learn and a strong interest in technology – regardless of whether you have implemented initial AI projects within or outside the company.

Must-haves

• You have very good knowledge of Python.
• You will bring sound fundamentals in machine learning as well as the safe handling of modern Python ecosystems with
• You have experience in at least one of these areas of focus: LLM fine-tuning, RAG, AI agents
• You have experience with vector databases, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), data processing, and prompt engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• You have experience with model integration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Transformer frameworks)
• You have knowledge of MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or GitHub Actions.
• You bring with you valuable experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
• You have experience in at least one other language relevant to Azure (e.g., C#/.NET or TypeScript) for the integration of AI solutions, Azure AI Services, and LLM workflows.
