Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer, AI & Platform to join one of our high-growth technology clients on a hybrid basis in Vancouver. This person will operate as a mid-level software engineer focused on designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining product features across the company’s AI and platform capabilities.Day to day, this engineer will work closely with product, customer success, and implementation teams to resolve customer questions, address support tickets, improve existing functionality, and build new product features that drive customer value. A large portion of the role will involve working with LLMs, writing and evaluating prompts, understanding model outputs, integrating with AI providers, and helping determine which models are best suited for different product use cases.This engineer will also help identify and solve system-level challenges that impact time to value for customers. The company already has a live product and an active customer base, so this role will balance new feature development with ongoing product maintenance, bug resolution, and customer-driven improvements.
