Key ResponsibilitiesBuild candidate matching, ranking and semantic search systems
Develop LLM-powered applications, including RAG and agentic workflows
Build AI-assisted search, screening and recruitment workflows
Process and structure CVs, profiles and other unstructured data
Develop backend services, APIs and data pipelines
Integrate AI capabilities into full-stack applications
Deploy and maintain production AI systems using cloud infrastructure
Improve AI solutions for reliability, performance, latency and cost
Implement evaluation, guardrails and error-handling processes
