Join Apple's Hardware Engineering team as an intern to build cutting-edge analytics solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP). DESCRIPTION You'll work on innovative projects that directly impact Apple's hardware development process, combining advanced AI capabilities with robust backend systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong programming skills in Python and/or Swift Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar) Understanding of backend development principles and RESTful API design PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience with Large Language Models (training, fine-tuning, or deployment) Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI integration frameworks Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Background in data analytics, statistical analysis, or hardware engineering Familiarity with distributed systems and high-performance computing Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practices
