Summary Latitude.sh is building an Applied AI team to bring intelligent automation and agentic workflows across the company, from internal operations to customer experiences. As one of the first AI Engineers on this team, you’ll own end-to-end implementation of AI systems that make our teams more efficient and our products smarter. You’ll identify high-impact use cases, design and deploy AI workflows, measure their outcomes, and help others across the company understand and apply AI tools responsibly and effectively. Key Responsabilities Build and ship AI-powered workflows and internal tools using LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks Identify where AI can improve operational efficiency or customer experience, and deliver measurable results Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic capabilities into Latitude.sh systems Lead internal enablement: write docs, run workshops, and champion AI best practices across teams Track impact with clear metrics and continuously iterate on deployed solutions Skills and Qualifications Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agent frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, custom pipelines) Strong software engineering fundamentals — Python, APIs, orchestration, and prompt design Curiosity to experiment, ability to move fast, and clarity in communicating results Mid- to senior-level engineer eager to define how AI is applied across Latitude.sh What do we offer?
