AI Futures are partnered with an early stage AI Start Up who are currently in Stealth Mode. They have support from one of the most successful VCs in Europe, and are in a position to scale fast as they now look to seek investment from the right Angel Investors.

They are specialised in building and shipping enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions to large corporates across Germany - in Public Healthcare, Hospitality and Manufacturing.

The Role:

• Build and deploy full‑stack applications that interface with multimodal and agentic AI systems
• Design and implement autonomous agent workflows, tools, and orchestration layers
• Create scalable backend services and APIs powering enterprise‑grade Agentic AI features
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, memory systems, and tool‑calling frameworks
• Collaborate closely with founders to prototype, iterate, and ship solutions at high velocity
• Engineer robust evaluation pipelines and safeguards for complex agent behaviour
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape the early engineering culture

The Candidate:

• Strong full‑stack development skills (e.g., TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js, Node.js, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, or autonomous AI systems
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, databases)
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma etc.) and LLM tooling (LangChain, OpenAI API, custom tool calling)
• A builder mindset: resourceful, curious, pragmatic, and not afraid to push boundaries
