Menu of Responsibilities This role sits at the heart of our Data Science & AI function, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Operations. You will be responsible for: Designing, building, and scaling agentic AI solutions to automate commercial processes Partnering with business stakeholders to understand needs and co-create AI-driven use cases Translating business challenges into pragmatic, production-ready AI systems Preparing andfacilitatingAI / Data Science workshops to drive ideation and digitization Applying and promoting an agile way of working across teams and initiatives Exploring, evaluating, and adapting new AI tools and frameworks when beneficial Ingredients for Success Must‑Have (Non‑Negotiable) Very goodtechnical skills in Python and SQL Relevant professionalhands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and modern LLMarchitectures Proven ability to build AI agents from scratchincludingvery goodunderstanding of cost control, hallucination risks, and knowledge retrieval Nice‑to‑Have (Preferred) Experience with Data Analysis, ML model development,MLOps, Data Engineering or Data Architecture Experience working in Google Cloud Languages beyond English are a plus Recipe Card DISH has more than 380k customers across multiple countries, with a diverse team representing over 34 nationalities.
