QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years+ data engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3 years+ machine learning engineering experience of equivalent.
• 3 years+ software engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Langchain, A2A, MCP, or other GenAI frameworks.
• Knowledge in LLM, GenAI, and/or Agentic AI.
• Has developed and/or supported MLOps/DevOps systems.
• Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, Azure) preferred.Should understand MLOPs concepts such as continuous training, continuous monitoring, continuous improvements to machine learning and AI systems.

• Work with the product team and developers to create solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
• Leverage non-deterministic LLMs and deterministic software engineering concepts to build GenAI applications.
• Create evaluation frameworks to determine model accuracy.
• Regularly provide model accuracy reports.
• Write clean maintainable code.
• Debug, fix, and improve GenAI applications using a combination of prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, or software engineering.
• Ensure Personal Information and security policies are respected when working with training or test data.
