Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms for property analysis and evaluation. Develop and maintain AI-based applications that provide insights into real estate markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and evaluate project feasibility. Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance our capabilities. Prepare and present technical documentation and reports on AI developments and findings. Monitor and retrain AI models to ensure accuracy and relevance over time. Assist in integrating AI systems with existing software infrastructure and databases. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools, such as Pandas and Matplotlib. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying models.
