What they’re looking for

• Exceptional academic record from Oxford, Cambridge or Imperial
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, AI or another quantitative discipline
• Strong programming ability in Python, C++, Rust, Java or similar
• Excellent ML/AI fundamentals
• Evidence of technical excellence through research, internships, competitions or ambitious projects
• Exposure to LLMs, deep learning, agents, computer vision or multimodal AI is a bonus
