JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that enhance our products and services. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing, and big data technologies. The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that drive business value.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years+ data engineering experience or equivalent
• 3 years+ machine learning engineering experience of equivalent
• 3 years+ software engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Langchain, A2A, MCP, or other GenAI frameworks
• Knowledge in LLM, GenAI, and/or Agentic AI
• Has developed and/or supported MLOps/DevOps systems
• Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, Azure) preferred
• Should understand MLOPs concepts such as continuous training, continuous monitoring, continuous improvements to machine learning and AI systems

  Pay: $70.00-$85.00 per hour

• Work with the product team and developers to create solutions that meet technical and business requirements
• Leverage non-deterministic LLMs and deterministic software engineering concepts to build GenAI applications
• Create evaluation frameworks to determine model accuracy
• Regularly provide model accuracy reports
• Write clean maintainable code
• Debug, fix, and improve GenAI applications using a combination of prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, or software engineering
• Ensure Personal Information and security policies are respected when working with training or test data
