QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques, AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI tools (e.g., scikit-learn, spaCy).
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production systems.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our HCM and Payroll experts to identify opportunities where AI can bring transformative value.
  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms that enable predictive analytics, intelligent decision-making, and process automation within the HCM and Payroll domains.
  • Work closely with data engineers to gather, preprocess, and curate relevant data from various sources. You will use this data to train AI models that can uncover insights and trends for our clients.
  • Develop AI models that can understand complex patterns in employee data, time and attendance records, benefits, and more. Fine-tune these models to ensure accuracy and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Create interactive prototypes and simulations to showcase the impact of AI-driven solutions in HCM and Payroll processing.
  • Implement methodologies for evaluating the performance of AI models in real-world scenarios. Continuously iterate and refine models based on user feedback and observed outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, domain experts, and product managers to ensure cohesive integration of AI technologies.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning within the HCM and Payroll domains.
  • Apply this knowledge to enhance our software solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
