We are looking for a few great additions to our AI team. Our AI team is located in Copenhagen and consist of 4 skilled data scientist and engineers, who are responsible for all our AI and data science services.
As our new AI engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building AI systems that support our rapidly evolving product suite.

In our centrally located Copenhagen office, you will be part of a close-knit team where designers and copywriters work side by side with strategists, medical writers, communication architects, developers and project managers. Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Generative AI (e.g., GPT-based models, transformers), Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-augmented generation models (RAGs) and how they can be applied in AI agent systems.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques, including text classification, language generation and tokenization.
• Understanding of key data science concepts like feature engineering, model evaluation, performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, F1 score, AUC), and basic statistical analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python (including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and others for handling data and AI models).
• Hands-on experience integrating and deploying AI models into production environments with scalable deployment frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS services (e.g., Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services like AWS GenAI or similar platforms for deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and writing unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and infrastructure-as-code tools, we use Terraform
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, especially with product managers, front-end developers, and data scientists.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Design, develop, and maintain our AI system mainly focused on modern LLM, RAGs, GenAI and AI Agents.
• Apply your engineering skills and best practices in NLP, GenAI, Image Generation and AI Agents.
• Write clean, maintainable production-grade code in Python incl. automated testing strategies (unit, integration, performance tests) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement best practices for security, monitoring, and logging.
• Set up monitoring tools to ensure health and to track AI system performance (e.g., feedback from users, model latency).
• Quickly troubleshoot issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI models align with business goals and are integrated into the product effectively.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technologies and cloud services, especially in GenAI, and AI Agents.
• Share knowledge and best practices with other team members to improve the overall technical skill set of the engineering team.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of code, data pipelines, and model integration processes.
