THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to lead the design and integration of AI solutions in key areas of our business, with scope to expand as we grow. Joining our talented in-house Tech team as our dedicated AI expert, you’ll collaborate across all departments to identify opportunities for AI automation, data insights and enhanced user experiences, designing and delivering tailored solutions that make a measurable impact.
Your remit will include researching, developing and implementing AI tools, from natural language processing for guest communications, to predictive models for marketing and property performance, through to operational process automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on innovation and problem-solving.

MAIN TASKS

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building and deploying AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Integrating AI tools and APIs into existing systems to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and create proof-of-concepts.
• Working with existing data sources to prepare high-quality datasets for AI applications.
• Evaluating and implementing AI frameworks, libraries and cloud services.
• Evaluating emerging AI trends and identifying where they can bring genuine value to our business.
