Job description

For an innovative R&D project, we are looking for an AI Developer who wants to work on smart AI solutions that are actually applied in practice. You will work with a multi-agent system , in which various AI agents collaborate to perform complex tasks.

A unique aspect of the project is the integration with a training and simulation environment . The AI agents are used, among other things, to generate scenarios, analyze situations, and control NPCs. To achieve this, you will collaborate with developers and specialists from various disciplines.

What are you going to do?

You design, develop, and optimize AI agents, each with its own role within the system. In doing so, you translate processes into effective prompts and agent workflows and experiment with various language models and techniques.

You will be involved in, among other things:

Developing and integrating AI agents and multi-agent systems ;
Working with LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG ;
Experimenting with various models, including open-source LLMs ;
Testing, debugging, and optimizing AI solutions;
Application of AI safety, guardrails, and measures regarding hallucinations ;
Linking AI to game and simulation components;
Contributing ideas regarding architecture, model selection, security, performance, and scalability;
Collaborating within a DevOps/R&D environment .

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

You are a hands-on developer who enjoys experimenting with new AI technology, but also knows how to translate it into robust solutions.

You have:

At least 2 years of experience as a Developer or in a similar role;
Education in AI or similar , minimum university bachelor's level;
At least 3 years of experience with Python ;
At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing LLM solutions ;
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, and RAG ;
Knowledge of AI safety, hallucinations, and guardrails ;
Experience with DevOps and version control , such as Git;
Good command of Dutch and English.

Experience with complex multi-agent systems , open-source AI , and/or the combination of AI and game/simulation technology is a strong plus.
