What you’ll do We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to help design and implement advanced AI models that solve real business problems. You will work closely with technical leads, product owners, and business units to develop robust GenAI solutions, contributing across the full lifecycle from research to deployment. Key Responsibilities Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate Generative AI models using large-scale datasets Apply prompt engineering, transfer learning, and model optimization techniques Build secure, scalable pipelines for model training, inference, and monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GenAI use cases Stay updated on the latest GenAI research and apply relevant innovations Ensure documentation and reproducibility of developed models and pipelines Who you are MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 4+ years of experience in AI/ML; 1+ years in Generative AI projects Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) Strong coding skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments Knowledge of GenAI toolkits such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector stores Ability to work independently and communicate technical topics effectively Experience with CI/CD pipelines and model versioning tools is a plus Not a perfect fit?
