HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH AGENTIC AI CONCEPTS, MULTI-AGENT ORCHESTRATION, AND AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS.

  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Strong understanding of data science workflows, from preprocessing to model evaluation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems with AI, especially in areas that simplify people’s financial lives.

KNOWLEDGE OF MLOPS PRINCIPLES (DEPLOYMENT, MONITORING, AND SCALING AI MODELS).

  • Exposure to reinforcement learning or AI planning methods.
Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to define use cases for LLMs and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Research and prototype agentic AI approaches for reasoning, planning, and decision-making in user-facing tax workflows.
  • Fine-tune foundation models (LLMs and domain-specific ML models) for personalized tax assistance.
  • Develop and evaluate multi-agent architectures for handling complex tasks across Taxfix products.
  • Apply data science methods to analyze structured and unstructured tax-related data, driving model improvements.
  • Experiment with emerging frameworks for autonomous AI agents and evaluate their performance in production-like scenarios.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions to spread AI innovation across the company.

EXPERIENCE IN FINE-TUNING LLMS FOR DOMAIN-SPECIFIC TASKS.

  • Hands on experience with AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
