About the Role: We are seeking an inquisitive and principled AI Ethicist Intern to join our team. As an AI Ethicist, you will develop and champion Vosyn’s AI ethics principles, guidelines, and best practices to ensure that our AI development and deployment processes align with ethical standards. Your role will be pivotal in promoting transparency, accountability, and fairness in all AI decision-making processes. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ethics Framework Development: Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and guidelines to address key ethical challenges in AI development and deployment.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate ethical risks in AI systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that AI ethics principles are integrated into all stages of product development.
• Transparency and Accountability: Promote transparency in AI algorithms and processes, ensuring explainability and accountability in AI decision-making.
• Training and Advocacy: Educate internal teams on ethical AI principles, providing training and resources to enhance awareness and understanding.
• Research and Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends, research, and regulatory developments in AI ethics to refine Vosyn’s practices.
• Ethics Audits: Conduct regular audits to evaluate the ethical implications of AI products and recommend improvements.
