Strong Python experience (FastAPI, async, tool functions, structured outputs). Experience with LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, ReAct, RAG, transformers. Experience building real agentic workflows, not just prompt engineering. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) Vector DB experience (Pinecone, Qdrant, PGVector, Chroma). Comfortable integrating complex APIs, authentication flows, and compliance handling. Strong architectural instincts for secure, multi-tenant SaaS applications. Experience with Postgres, BigQuery, Redis, and message queues. Nice to have: Experience with agentic automation frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph). Prior work with insurance, fintech, or regulated environments. Experience building multi-cloud monitoring or DevOps automation tools. Experience with React, Next.js or Payload CMS is a plus. Responsibilities: AI & LLM Engineering: Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, ADK, custom orchestrators, and internal agent runners. Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems with structured memory, embeddings, Postgres/BigQuery, and vector stores. Develop multi-agent orchestration for automated operations (alerts, monitoring, remediation, reporting). Build AI tools for analyzing insurance carrier PDFs, rate sheets, and case documentation. Implement cost-aware AI routing, token budgeting, and observability for LLM usage. Integrations & Automation: Connect AI flows to our systems: GCP, AWS, and custom APIs Build structured tools/functions so AI agents can act safely and deterministically. Implement workflow automations for sales, compliance, commissions, and agency management. Work with vendor APIs. Architecture & Ops: Design systems that scale as we grow from thousands of agents to tens of thousands. Implement monitoring, testing, observability, and performance automation for AI systems. Help define best practices for safety, alignment, and deterministic behavior in agent workflows.
