YOUR CAREER

This is not a typical finance role. We are building a new team at the nexus of finance, data science, and artificial intelligence, and we are looking for the next generation of innovators to help architect our future. This role is designed for a rare talent who possesses both deep quantitative and computer science skills and a strong intuition for financial strategy.
You won’t just be automating existing processes; you’ll be a trailblazer on a team dedicated to pioneering how we leverage AI and predictive analytics to drive our most critical financial and strategic decisions. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, IT, and the wider business to design and implement novel solutions from the ground up. If you are passionate about building sophisticated models, discovering insights in complex data, and seeing your work directly influence multi-billion dollar decisions, this is a unique opportunity to define your career at the forefront of the industry.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or an early-career professional with 12 - 18 months of relevant experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/minor in 2 or more of the following quantitative fields - Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related STEM discipline. (Candidate must have technical exp as well as a foundation in finance)
  • High proficiency in Python for data science (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, time-series forecasting) to real-world problems through academic or professional projects.
  • Experience creating impactful data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • A strong foundation in financial concepts, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (BONUS POINTS):

  • Creative application of modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM, Glean) to accelerate the development of predictive financial models, automate variance analysis and reporting, and transform finance workflows from data ingestion to executive summary.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes or accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of additional tools like R, Alteryx, or Excel (VBA, Power Query).
  • Internship or project experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
