We are currently expanding our SOFTWARE & IT SERVICES team and are looking for a AI Fullstack Developer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our client Job Description - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and FastAPI. - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Build scalable and maintainable APIs and backend services. - Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications. - Integrate cloud services, data platforms, and AI-powered tools into business applications. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, standards, and technical solutions. - Work effectively within an international and collaborative environment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years commercial software development. - At least 3 years with React. - At least 2 years with FastAPI. - Production AWS experience (not just S3 or Lambda). - Experience with AI tooling (LangChain, OpenAI, Bedrock, vector databases, RAG, MCP, etc.). - Experience on a product with a sizeable user base or enterprise deployment. - Familiarity with modern data architecture, data processing workflows, or analytics platforms. - Solid experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise-level software projects. - Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Good communication skills in English, French language skills are a plus Additional Information - Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision. - 42 hours per week (30 minute early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options - 15 annual leave days (Women) & 13 annual leave days (Men) - increasing with length of service & seniority, 15 working from home days each year - Team-building activities, Sport Clubs - Cooperation with colleagues around the world in a leading global group - Strong team spirit in an entrepreneurial environment of a growing company - People values, social responsibility, and sustainability. - Opportunities for self-development and career advancement - Internal training courses (technical, foreign language, soft skills)
