QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Python, Spark, PSQL, and AWS foundational skills experience required
  • Deep Learning & Generative AI – Mastery of Transformers (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, T5), GANs, VAEs, and RLHFfor generative AI applications.
  • LLM Optimization & Deployment – Experience with parameter-efficient tuning, embeddings, and cloud-based AI deployments.
  • Data & Prompt Engineering – Expertise in curating datasets, designing system prompts, and applying few-shot learning.
  • Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk.

BONUS SKILLS (IDEAL FOR HEALTHCARE AI)

  • Healthcare NLP & Data Handling – Knowledge of FHIR, SNOMED, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS for claims and clinical processing.

Responsibilities
  • Design and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, T5) for fraud detection, automated claim audits, and payment validation.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance claim analysis and decision support.
  • Optimize models using LoRA, QLoRA, and deploy AI with AWS Sagemaker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
  • Develop vector search solutions (FAISS, Pinecone) and inference optimizations (ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and responsible AI governance.
