Job Description We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Consultant to support the design, implementation, and ongoing updates of our AI governance operating model. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between regulatory developments, industry trends, and our internal processes, ensuring our frameworks are ready to meet both internal and external reporting requirements. We are redefining how we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: Monitoring the latest news on AI-related regulations, laws, and policies at the European and international levels (e.g., the EU AI Act, EBA guidelines). Participating in industry events, forums, and networking activities to stay abreast of best practices and market innovations. Collaborating closely with the Regulatory Radar and Public Policy teams to translate external insights into internal requirements. Maintain and update the AI ​​governance operating model, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards. Support the preparation of internal and external regulatory reports. Contribute to the development of policies and frameworks that promote the responsible and sustainable adoption of AI. Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in data and artificial intelligence projects. Advanced level of English (C1 or higher). Technical Skills (Hard Skills) Experience in the area and knowledge of different business areas and fields (banking, risk, GTB, etc.). (Desirable) Knowledge of the main systems in place. (Desirable) Experience in the following areas: Data-related policies and procedures. (Required) Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, with a strong interest in their legal, regulatory, and ethical implications.
