Role Overview This short-term freelance role focuses on creating internal GPT or agent style tools that improve operational workflows and productivity. You will design functional prototypes that support teams with process efficiency and high quality outputs. Key Responsibilities Building internal GPTs or agent based tools for workflow optimisation Designing prototypes that streamline information and repetitive tasks Supporting accuracy and quality checks through AI driven processes Developing content within defined parameters for structured reuse Integrating AI tools with common platforms such as Google Docs or Canvas Proven experience creating custom GPTs or multi step AI tools Ability to deliver high quality prototypes quickly Experience working discreetly in confidential settings Confidence integrating AI tools with established digital platforms Familiarity with operational or process driven workflows Collaborative, people centred performance culture Opportunities to grow in a fast paced environment Our Recruitment Process The peopleworth Employer Group follows a fair, transparent, and multi stage recruitment process designed to ensure mutual fit.
