Description
This is a remote position. Rockstar is hiring a full-time AI Implementation Specialist on behalf of a healthcare technology company building the AI infrastructure behind clinical documentation. This role sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge and applied AI. The person in this seat will design and document AI Note Templates that support clinical users throughout the patient journey, build structured GPT-based workflows, and turn trusted clinical sources into usable, RAG-ready knowledge assets. This isn't about writing loose prompts. It's about building governed, structured systems that clinicians can actually trust. This is a strong fit for someone who thinks in both clinical logic and AI architecture, and who wants to help shape how AI-generated notes move from raw output to something a provider would put their name on. About the Client This innovative healthcare technology company is transforming how providers deliver care through a Clinical Operating System designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient outcomes. Their platform enables healthcare providers to better understand patient data, streamline workflows, and scale their practices with confidence. As the company continues to grow, data migration and processing have become a critical part of successful client implementation, especially for practices handling large patient datasets. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and improve AI Note Templates that support clinical users across the patient journey Use GPT and related tooling to build structured clinical AI workflows, including prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning objects Create and maintain RAG-ready JSON knowledge assets derived from trusted, authoritative clinical and educational sources Translate books, protocols, articles, and internal knowledge into usable AI knowledge structures without relying on ungoverned free-text prompting Design and document note-generation architectures that incorporate templates, provider voice and personality, deterministic clinical rules, retrieval boundaries, patient-scoped context, and human-in-the-loop refinement Partner with product, engineering, and clinical leadership to shape the broader AI Notes strategy and the company's agentic clinical intelligence features Help define how AI outputs are structured into final clinical artifacts rather than raw chat responses Contribute to prototype development and, where capable, assist with implementation in code Work with structured data formats such as JSON, prompt contracts, ontology and tag systems, and retrieval schemas Support the development of clinical intelligence artifacts such as pre-visit notes, encounter notes, lab review notes, treatment intelligence, and follow-up intelligence Help design guardrails that improve safety, consistency, explainability, and provider trust Tools & Systems GPT and related AI tooling JSON, prompt contracts, ontology/tag systems, retrieval schemas Requirements Experience designing or working with AI workflows, prompt engineering, or structured AI systems Familiarity with clinical documentation, EHR workflows, or healthcare knowledge systems Comfortable working with structured data formats such as JSON and retrieval schemas Ability to translate unstructured source material into governed, structured knowledge assets Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and clinical teams Coding ability a plus for prototype development Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of what makes AI output safe, explainable, and trustworthy in a clinical setting Non-Negotiables Proven experience building structured AI workflows, not just free-text prompting Ability to work directly with JSON, prompt contracts, and retrieval schemas Understanding of what it takes to make AI output clinically safe and trustworthy Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Opportunities for professional development and growth. Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Make a meaningful impact by helping to build and strengthen families across the Globe
