Qualifications & Experience required for the role: The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years demonstrable experience in innovation with a commercial background AI, data science or machine learning. In addition experience in the financial services industry. Key attributes below: Strong experience in analysing complex business problems and translating them into structured data science projects and AI-powered solutions. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving technological landscape and adapt to new AI technologies. Experience in sourcing and prioritising customer needs in a product development lifecycle and integrating AI solutions. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workload when multiple AI projects are on the go. Entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate about solving tough technical challenges using AI. Relevant industry knowledge and experience in financial services, ideally banking, payments, or securities. Consultative mindset to work with customers to understand their technical challenges and address them using AI frameworks and innovation toolkit.
