THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and data science methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
Responsibilities

The AI Innovation Lead will work with leadership to help mentor and drive our organization’s strategic initiatives in Artificial Intelligence. This role involves performing the evaluation, development, and deployment of AI solutions across various departments to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, a strategic mindset, and technology skills to guide our AI technology transformation.

  • Assist leadership to develop and execute an AI strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company’s business goals.
  • Implement AI projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to AI-enable their processes.
  • Participate in a team of data and software engineers to create AI features in applications.
  • Establish KPIs for AI initiatives and measure the return on investment (ROI) of AI implementations
