Keywords工作室是一家全球电子游戏行业的国际服务提供商，在马德里，都柏林，伦敦，巴塞罗那，米兰，东京，新加坡，上海，新德里，普纳，蒙特利尔，西雅图，洛杉矶，墨西哥城，波特兰，罗利，奥拉多和里约热内卢（此外还有！）设有工作室。我们在全球拥有超过5000名热爱游戏的员工，在全球范围内为电子游戏开发商和发行商提供一系列的翻译，测试，音频，客户关怀，工程和美术制作服务。 Role Overview: 我们正在寻找一位对 AI 工具充满热情、具备敏锐业务触觉的 AI 流程与自动化专家。你将成为我们工作室的 “效率引擎” ，负责将前沿的 AI 技术（如大语言模型、自动化工作流、AI Agent 等）深度融入到我们的日常管理和项目管理中。你的目标是通过技术手段消除重复性工作、优化跨部门协作、提升项目交付效率，用 AI 赋能团队。核心职责 (Key Responsibilities): -深入分析工作室现有的管理和项目流程，精准识别效率瓶颈、信息孤岛和高频重复性工作。 -熟练利用主流 AI 工具和自动化平台（如 Make, Zapier, Coze, Dify 等），设计、搭建并维护自动化的项目管理与内部管理工作流。 -特定的工作场景（如周报自动生成、合同审核、项目排期、资产管理等），编写高效的 Prompt，或开发定制化的 AI Bots/Agents。 -将 AI 工具与工作室现有的项目管理软件（如 Notion, Teambition, Monday.com, Jira 等）及通讯工具（如飞书、企业微信、Slack）进行深度整合，实现数据打通。 -制定 AI 工具使用规范，编制操作指南，并对工作室内部成员进行培训，提升全员的 AI 素养和工具使用效率。 -持续追踪最新的 AI 工具和技术趋势，根据团队反馈不断迭代已有的自动化流程，确保系统的高效与稳定。 -1-3 年及以上项目管理、运营管理或数字化转型相关经验，有成功落地 AI 自动化项目案例者优先（请在简历中附带作品或案例说明）。 -熟练掌握 ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney 等主流 AI 工具； -对 Prompt Engineering (提示词工程) 有深刻理解。熟练使用 Zapier、Make (Integromat)、Dify、Coze、Flowith 等至少一种自动化或 AI 编排工具。 -熟悉敏捷开发、Scrum 或传统项目管理流程，能够清晰定义项目里程碑与交付标准。 -具备极强的逻辑思维能力和 “技术折腾精神” ，面对未知问题能通过研究 API 文档、社区讨论自主找到解决方案。 -具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能将复杂的 “技术语言” 转化为团队听得懂的 “业务语言” 。加分项： -具备基础的编程能力（如 Python, JavaScript），能编写简单的脚本或调用 API 处理复杂数据。 -有 Notion 深度使用经验，或精通 Notion Formula/Database 联动者。 Base salary, Bonus, Social insurance and housing funds, Medical check-up, EAP Program 基本工资、奖金、五险一金、体检、员工心理关爱计划
