We are now seeking an experienced and visionary AI Lead for Marketing and Sales to spearhead the marketing and sales stream of Alma Media’s company-wide AI program. Its scope includes enhancement of workflows related to digital sales channels as well as business-to-business customer processes. This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing leadership to plan and report on the stream’s objectives and key results. The AI Lead will establish a vibrant community across marketing and sales teams in various business units and countries, driving the integration of AI technologies to enhance workflows and achieve business results.
AI Lead for Marketing and Sales reports to Group Chief Digital Officer. Preferred locations include Alma operating countries and cities, including Helsinki, Prague, Bratislava and Tampere.
Alma Media operates through three business segments: Marketplaces, News Media, and Career. Finnish Advertising sales are centralized at the group level under Alma Media Solutions (AMS), which serves as the largest marketing and sales organization within Alma. In the Career segment, marketing and sales processes and tools are being harmonized across regions through the Career United initiative. For other business segments, marketing and sales teams are embedded within their respective business units to ensure alignment with their unique needs.
