You will be part of KPMG’s Business Transformations team collaborating across the Nordic markets. Business Transformations is a multidisciplinary team working across strategy, technology, data, and operating models. The team collaborates closely across countries and with KPMG’s global AI and alliance network, combining deep local market understanding with global expertise. This role offers strong opportunities to grow your influence as an executive advisor, thought leader, and transformation leader in one of the fastest-evolving areas of enterprise strategy.   As an AI Lead, you will * Define and articulate enterprise AI vision, strategy, and multi‑year transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and value drivers * Lead AI operating model and business design engagements, covering governance, decision rights, processes, data, talent, and technology * Advise C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders on AI‑enabled operating models and organisational change required to scale AI responsibly * Shape value‑led AI portfolios, prioritising use cases and KPIs across productivity, growth, risk, and customer experience * Guide the design of AI‑enabled business solutions and platform architectures for large‑scale transformations, collaborate with technology, data, risk, and industry teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI transformations, and ensure AI is embedded into core enterprise functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations * Guide the design of AI‑enabled business solutions and platform architectures in large‑scale transformation programmes, Work closely with technology, data, risk, and industry teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI‑enabled transformations, and ensure AI is embedded into core enterprise processes and domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations   * Act as a senior advisor and visible leader in AI‑driven business transformation across the Nordic market * Drive major client pursuits and proposals, win new clients by contributing to commercial positioning and executive‑level storytelling   You’re a strong candidate if you have * Higher education degree combining business and technology * Over 10 years of experience in demanding consulting or transformation roles * Proven experience defining and leading enterprise AI strategy and operating model design at senior executive level * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data platforms, governance, and responsible AI * Full professional fluency in English and Finnish * Experience with major AI and data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Dynamics 365) is a strong advantage   You’ll help our teams and clients succeed if you have * Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect AI to real business outcomes * Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills * Credibility and confidence advising CxO- and Board‑level leaders * A collaborative, inclusive, and people‑centric leadership style * Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for shaping the future of AI‑enabled enterprises   What we offer to you An interesting field of work in a large international expert organization and the opportunity to participate in building the business of the future at KPMG.
