Description
Focus area ownership & delivery Lead implementation for the assigned AI focus area; create clear roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder alignment to deliver business outcomes. Serve as the expert user of the focus area's AI tool(s); design and deliver training, office hours, and playbooks to achieve full utilization. Define KPIs and operate a continuous feedback loop with users; recommend improvements or pivots (including vendor vs. build decisions) to track and maximize ROI. Build, manage, prioritize, and track AI business cases from inception to delivery; act as primary liaison between MSIM teams and Firmwide AI teams. Ensure all AI projects adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in close partnership with Legal, Risk, and Compliance; lead AI use cases through AI governance process; document lineage and usage within the control framework. Execute a focus area-level plan aligned to MSIM's objectives; monitor impact and provide regular updates to senior leaders. Preferred team management experience. Experience with and passion for Generative AI strategy, product management, experimentation, or innovation; strong grasp of AI concepts and technologies. Demonstrated ability to translate between business, control, and technology stakeholders; proven program/project management in fast-paced environments. Ability to thrive in con Excellent communication and leadership; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Appreciation of trade-offs between vendor solutions vs. in-house build; experience with agile methods and tools (Scrum, JIRA). Bachelor's degree required.
