Customize scenarios to specific functions, guiding leaders from foundational understanding to active AI advocacy. Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, facilitating discussion of AI opportunities and challenges within their business units. Assist in conceptualizing AI initiatives prior to formal project intake. Change Communication: Aid leaders to effectively communicate AI strategies and changes, fostering a culture of safe AI innovation. Ensure clarity in articulating the rationale and benefits of AI adoption to drive organizational engagement. AI Adoption Modeling: Guide executives in applying available AI tools, encouraging visible leadership in technology adoption to promote cultural change throughout the organization. Confidential Support: Provide an environment for executives to address support needs in AI knowledge, enabling them to engage in the tools and resources and lead by example. Experience: 5 years in executive coaching, management consulting, or senior leadership development, with direct engagement at the executive level. Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with senior customers, maintaining integrity and discretion. AI/Digital Acumen: Strong understanding of AI's strategic impact, including ethics, risk management, value creation, and organizational change, with familiarity in current AI tools and trends. Communication: Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with capacity for active listening, effective inquiry, and empathetic feedback. Experience mentoring leaders through digital transformation or innovation. Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
