KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Natural communicator and “people person” — able to represent Kadiko’s AI solutions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism in high-trust environments
• Degree in a rigorous, analytical, or systems-focused discipline (e.g.,life sciences, engineering, behavioral science, data science, cognitive psychology)
• Strong understanding of system lifecycle — including how AI tools are introduced, operationalized, adapted, and scaled in complex environments
• Exceptional communication skills across both technical and stakeholder-facing teams
• Experience working within strategic, regulated, or trust-sensitive contexts
• Proven ability to synthesize, translate, and manage tools in dynamic project ecosystems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Solution Deployment & Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate the delivery and integration of AI tools into client engagements and internal workflows, ensuring usability, timing, and performance align with project goals.

· Stakeholder Enablement

• Help internal and external stakeholders understand how our systems work, what they solve, and how to best use them across strategy, operations, and compliance domains.

· Operational Alignment

• Track and manage how tools are activated, embedded, and adopted across engagements. Identify friction points and ensure consistent alignment across teams.

· Field Insight & Product Input

• Capture and structure feedback from real-world use. Spot opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, product, and strategy teams to support continuous refinement and evolution.

· Scalability & Commercialization Support

• Identify repeatable patterns and workflows that can scale. Contribute to the operational readiness of Kadiko’s solutions for broader rollout.
