We’re looking for a AI Marketing Technologist to join our Marketing team in. You will architect, build and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows that unlock insights, automate processes and scale experimentation across the organization. As part of the AI Marketing Pod, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, especially our Marketing Automation, IS and Data teams, to evaluate new tools, perform rigorous analyses, and turn fragmented data into integrated, intelligent systems that fuel customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
  • AI TOOLING & WORKFLOW AUTOMATIONBuild and deploy internal AI automations and prompt-driven workflows to streamline insight gathering, simulate customer scenarios, analyze Gong and ChurnZero data, and scale internal research.
  • AI AGENT DEPLOYMENT & CONFIGURATIONOversee setup and configuration of AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms. Ensure agents are properly “trained” or configured for text analysis, semantic search and real-time insights without deep technical intervention. Establish feedback loops to monitor performance and continually refine outputs based on stakeholder input.
  • EXPERIMENTATION & INSIGHTSPartner with Go To Market stakeholders to design fast, structured tests for messaging, targeting and full-funnel optimization—from acquisition through expansion and churn.
  • PROTOTYPE TO PRODUCTIONRapidly spin up proof-of-concepts (POCs) that mature into reliable internal tools, dashboards and integrations.
  • PROCESS OPTIMIZATIONIdentify GTM inefficiencies and, in collaboration with our IS team, deploy AI or automation to remove bottlenecks, improve speed-to-insight and reduce manual effort.
  • DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTINGWork hand-in-hand with the Data team to ingest, model and analyze large, complex data sets; extract key findings; craft expert summaries; and distribute actionable insights.
  • AI EDUCATION & ENABLEMENTTrain and support marketing teammates on emerging AI tools; build documentation and onboarding paths to drive adoption.
  • TOOL & TREND EVALUATIONMonitor new AI and MarTech trends. In collaboration with IS, evaluate and pilot tools for personalized outreach, creative testing and behavior-triggered campaigns.
