Description
The AI Merchandise Pricer is responsible for pricing donated products to meet production standards and sales goals with the use of AI technology.  Also responsible for selecting and manifesting quality donated products in a Goodwill store with the use of AI technology to meet goals for E-Commerce. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values.   Role and Responsibilities * Understanding of the responsibility in the production process of donated goods to deliver high-quality salable products to maintain the required inventory levels to fill the store’s sales floor and to meet ecommerce goals.  * Is the stores expert in using Goodwill’s production software with AI integration.  * Comply with safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries. * Provide exceptional customer service to all our customers and donors. * Comply with all Goodwill’s policies, including participating in store meetings and training. * Adhere to work schedule set by supervisor. * Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. * Maintain a professional appearance adhering to Goodwill uniform standards. * Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees. * Other duties as assigned.   Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities   Required Skills & Qualifications  * Work a flexible schedule in support of the store opening, production, and closing operations including work on nights, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. * High level of initiative and self-motivation. * Must be able to follow directions well and communicate effectively with a diverse population. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. * Excellent decision-making skills. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all our customers in a friendly and engaging way. * Clothing and Home goods merchandise experience preferred. * E-commerce merchandise knowledge preferred. * AI technology experience preferred. * 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Google AI essentials certification required before or within 60 days of employment.    Physical Requirements  * Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds at times. * Ability to perform continuous walking, standing, bending, kneeling for prolonged periods of time.   Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Goodwill Central Texas is an equal opportunity employer.
